Is it suitable for use in acidic or alkaline environments?

NBR has good resistance to dilute acids and dilute bases and is suitable for general industrial environments. However, for concentrated acids or ketone and ester solvents, NBR will undergo severe swelling.

How is the hardness of the rubber roller controlled? What impact does hardness have on usage?

The hardness tolerance is usually controlled within ±3 degrees to ensure uniform pressure distribution on the roller surface.

Low hardness (Shore A 20-40): For example, printing ink rollers, they require softness and uniform ink transmission, and large deformation.
